ADF Customer Survey – Direct Debit Solutions

As part of the ADF’s continuous review process, we are currently exploring advanced direct debit facilities.

We are looking to find an all-in-one solution that can debit fees and other charges from bank accounts, credit cards and potentially even BPay. Some of the key points we are looking at is the ability to electronically authorise deductions as well as the ability to safely store sensitive information.

Your feedback is valuable to us and this information will really help to shape the solution. The survey can be found at https://forms.office.com/r/A0KDqRDSTW
