Fuelling Customer Mission: Notre Dame College, Bells Creek

In the heart of one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions, a new chapter in Catholic education has begun. Notre Dame College, the newest Prep to Year 12 school within Brisbane Catholic Education, opened its doors in January 2025, proudly carrying the Marist charism and a bold vision for the future. 

Set within the vibrant community of Aura Stockland at Bells Creek on the Sunshine Coast, Notre Dame College was created with a purpose: to nurture students from their very first day of Prep through to their final steps in Year 12. From the outset, the College welcomed 217 foundation students across Prep to Year 3 and Year 7 – pioneers of a school destined to grow alongside the thriving community it serves. 

Built on a spacious 7.9-hectare site along Aura Boulevard, Stage 1 of the College features five architecturally designed buildings that blend innovation with intention. These include contemporary learning spaces, both general and specialist, alongside key amenities such as an administration block, a dynamic sports court, a bustling canteen, a uniform shop, and a purpose-built carpark. Every detail of the design reflects a commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive, and future-focused learning environment. 

“It is both an honour and a joy to contribute to the foundation of a new Catholic College —a place where faith, learning, and futures are nurtured. It’s truly uplifting to see the smiles on the faces of the new students as they begin their journey”, Relationship Manager Stephany Yang said.  

At full development, Notre Dame College will be home to up to 1,836 students, supported by a community of educators who believe in the power of holistic, faith-based education. The College stands as a testament to what is possible when community, vision, and values align.
