This annual report of the ADF tells an important story in this year when we have seen a world in turmoil. The report tells the story of the prudent and skilled management of money for the sake of mission: that has been a still-point in the midst of all the flux. The ADF is about money, but not for its own sake. It is not a matter of mission for money but of money for mission. 


The ADF continues working to position the Fund more clearly as a mission fund and to allow it to still be more effective in fuelling the Church's mission. This is very much in tune with the late Pope Francis' call to the Church to become more missionary, a call which has been taken up by Pope Leo XIV, who for many years was himself a missionary and who sees the need for the whole Church to become more missionary.
