Fuelling Customer Mission: Holy Cross, Kincumber 

In 2025, Holy Cross Kincumber, operated by Catholic Healthcare, warmly welcomed its first residents to a purpose-designed residential aged care home on the NSW Central Coast. 

Supported with funding through the ADF, the newly built residence has been developed in accordance with Catholic Healthcare’s Inspirit model of care. This relationship-based approach to aged care is designed to create a genuine sense of home and community, supporting residents to live with dignity, independence and connection. 

Holy Cross Kincumber has been designed around a contemporary household model, with 102 private ensuite bedrooms arranged across six households to foster meaningful relationships and a strong sense of belonging. The home features a central community hub, café, chapel, gym, hair salon, landscaped outdoor spaces and a dedicated Memory Support household, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, supported by 24/7 registered nursing care.

The opening of Holy Cross Kincumber marks an important milestone in meeting the growing demand for high-quality aged care services on the Central Coast, ensuring older Australians have access to care and support in a purpose-built environment.
