Get to Know the ADF: Grace Jia

Meet Grace! 

Since joining the ADF seven months ago as Accountant, ADF and Endowments, Grace has quickly become a valued member of the team. Grace delivers financial reporting and operational support to help ensure the ADF continues to operate efficiently and effectively. 

Before joining the ADF, Grace worked as a Financial Accountant in the commercial sector, where she developed strong expertise in reporting, compliance and financial management. This experience provided a strong foundation for her work at the ADF, allowing her to quickly support compliance with regulatory requirements. 

“My focus has been on learning the ADF’s financial processes and systems, understanding how the organisation operates and building strong relationships across the team,” Grace shared. “It’s been a great opportunity to gain insight into the important work the ADF does to support the Catholic community.” 

Looking ahead, Grace is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the ADF’s ongoing impact. Through the provision of clear and meaningful financial information, she hopes to support confident decision-making and help ensure the organisation can continue to deliver on its mission sustainably. 

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time with her two cats and has recently taken up pickleball. 

Bringing a thoughtful and positive approach to the ADF team, we look forward to seeing Grace continue to thrive in her role and support the ADF’s continued impact across the Catholic community.
