ADF Interest Rate Change – Effective 1 June 2026

As a Mission Fund, the ADF exists to make Catholic mission possible, sustainable, and impactful. A key part of this commitment is providing certainty and stability to our customers, while balancing lending and investment needs and remaining true to our core purpose.

We regularly review our interest rates, seeking to minimise the impact of market volatility for our customers over time. This is reflected in the stability of our rates, which have remained unchanged since 1 July 2025 despite movements in the broader market.

Following a recent review, the ADF Board has approved a change to the ADF’s standard interest rates, effective 1 June 2026.

The ADF’s new standard interest rates will be:

Standard Variable Loan Rate
6.20% p.a.

Standard Investment Rates
Up to $499,999 – 3.10% p.a.
$500,000 to $1,999,999 – 3.30% p.a.
Over $2,000,000 – 3.45% p.a.

To continue supporting customers with loans and provide greater certainty, it remains ADF practice not to vary principal and interest loan repayments when interest rates change. As such, principal and interest loan repayments on existing loans will remain consistent at current repayment levels.
