Fuelling Customer Mission: Lourdes Hill College – Master Plan Stage One

The Lourdes Hill College Master Plan design was initiated in 2018 and formally approved in 2021 as its aspirational vision for the College.  Projected to be delivered across six stages and spanning over twenty years towards 2040, the Master Plan aimed to enhance the College’s buildings and learning facilities, as well as supporting infrastructure. 

Underpinned by the College’s approach to education, the Plan focuses on optimisation of the College site, maintaining connection with the river and natural environment whilst creating new and improved places and spaces for learning, emphasising the values of Good Samaritan Education that support holistic living.   

The ADF is proud to be part of this project, providing partial funding to assist with the completion of Stage One of the Master Plan, which includes: 

• The new Virginia Avenue streetscape, redefining the entrance to the College, and providing a safer path for the school community. 

• The Sasebo Middle & Senior School Building, providing contemporary learning spaces. 

• The refurbished Seiwa Court enhances student engagement and community gathering spaces. 

• The newly transformed Santa Teresa Junior School Building, now offering vibrant learning and social spaces to Year 5 and 6 students from 2025. 

ADF Relationship Manager Stephany Yang said the project was important in order to deliver modern and collaborative learning spaces in a natural setting for the school community. 
 
“It’s a privilege for the ADF to support the College through their master planning journey.  The smiles and pride on the girls’ faces bring us immense joy, showing that we are truly fulfilling our goal to support the Catholic mission,” Stephany said.
