Get to Know the ADF: Caroline Elliot

As an organisation dedicated to fuelling Catholic mission, we are introducing you to the people at ADF who are behind the flexible solutions, strategic advice and specialised services, and who help to deliver a different set of dividends.

Meet Caroline!   

Caroline is one of our longstanding team members, joining ADF 25 years ago! During her 25-year tenure, Caroline has held various roles including Executive Assistant, Manager Service Delivery, Manager Lending Operations, Team Supervisor (Loans), and Customer Service Officer. She now holds the position of Manager Transaction Services.  

Prior to joining the ADF, Caroline worked within the Diocesan Development Fund (DIF) in Lismore for four years – a role she says really set her up for her career with ADF. 

“The knowledge I gained around church operations and Catholic organisations greatly assisted my first role at ADF, and I continued to progress from there.”  

When asked about her career highlights during her time at ADF, Caroline proudly recalled several team achievements including the rebrand of the ADF logo and corporate profile, large loan project rollouts with the introduction of the Prep year and Year 7 moving from primary to secondary, major upgrades to systems, and a paperless loan file conversion which saw significant improvements in time management of loan administration.  

Aside from her team project achievements, Caroline said she is most proud of the success and continued growth of ADF.  

“From a Fund that focussed on simply delivering investment and loan opportunities, to the Fund that we are today – one that delivers a holistic solution approach that best meets the needs of our customers, being part of this period of growth for ADF has been extremely rewarding.”  

Upon further reflection on her incredible 25-year tenure, Caroline is looking forward to being part of the future of the ADF team, continuing to provide innovative solutions for customers.  

“I’m incredibly customer focused, and my entire career has been dedicated to ensuring that whatever the task, my work and the outcomes of it are driven by providing high-level customer service support,” Caroline said.  

When the working week draws to a close, you’ll always find Caroline spending quality time with her young family – catching up on their stories and achievements, all while enjoying a great takeaway meal.  

“Once the weekend arrives and I’ve enjoyed my Friday night free from cooking, I like to start my Saturday at my favourite coffee shop.”
