Get to Know the ADF: Catherine Scully

As an organisation dedicated to fuelling Catholic mission, we want to introduce you to the people who are behind the flexible solutions, strategic advice and specialised services, and who help to deliver a different set of dividends for those we serve. 

Meet Catherine! 

Catherine joined the ADF in 2025 as Manager – Transaction Services, bringing more than 30 years of experience in banking and finance. Her career has spanned operations and team leadership roles, giving her a strong foundation in supporting teams, streamlining processes, and delivering results. 

“I’ve always enjoyed supporting and mentoring staff and helping teams work together to achieve great outcomes,” Catherine says. “Since joining ADF, I’ve been able to put my skills in leadership, organisation, time management and delegation into practice, and they’ve already made a real difference.” 

Catherine has relished the opportunity to build strong connections across the organisation. “I’ve really enjoyed getting to know my team and working with other departments,” she shares. “It’s been great learning how everything fits together and feeling part of such a supportive and collaborative environment.” 

Looking ahead, Catherine is excited about contributing to ADF’s growth. 

“I’m so proud to be part of a growing organisation supporting Catholic communities to make a real difference,” she says. “I’m excited to contribute to that growth by supporting my team and helping to develop their skills to build an even stronger, more collaborative workplace.” 

Outside of work, Catherine values balance. At the end of a busy week, you’ll find her at the gym, catching up with friends, or spending quality time with her two daughters. She has also recently welcomed a new puppy — bringing plenty of fun (and a bit of chaos!) to home life. 

Catherine’s experience, people-focused leadership and collaborative approach have already made a positive impact at ADF, and she continues to play a key role in supporting our mission.
