Get to Know the ADF: Mandy Bhullar

As an organisation dedicated to fuelling Catholic mission, we’d like to introduce the people at ADF who are behind the flexible solutions, strategic advice and specialised services and who help to deliver a different set of dividends.

Meet Mandy Bhullar!

Mandy is one of our newest team members, joining ADF a few months ago as a Product Services Manager. With a career in banking spanning more than 16 years, Mandy comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and specialised operations experience, as well as a commitment to providing the very best support to our valued customers.

“As a Product Services Manager, I look after all the products that we issue, either issuing them directly to customers or facilitating them through our vendor partners. Part of my role also includes maintaining those vendor relationships.”

After 14 years in her previous role, Mandy says her operations experience has helped her hit the ground running at ADF; however, the difference from previous roles is the purpose-filled aspects of her day-to-day work.

“Being able to work directly with our customers and deliver on their needs the way ADF does is something I don’t think you’d get to do anywhere else.

“If a customer requests a specific product or service that perhaps we’re not yet offering, I have the opportunity to conduct investigations on their behalf, and with support of vendors, implement that product to service their needs,” she said.

At ADF, we listen to our customers and are always looking at new product investigations based on their needs. We also provide support through a range of initiatives across the Innovation and Technology Solutions space to make processes more efficient.

Although Mandy is new to ADF, her professionalism and commitment to fuelling Catholic Mission have already made her an asset to the organisation, and she is excited to continue making a positive contribution to our customers as we move forward.

“It is so different being part of an organisation like ADF. While the day-to-day operations may be the same as others, I feel that the environment, the mission values it holds, and the commitment to customers really sets ADF apart.”
