Get to Know the ADF: Shannon Sinclair

Meet Shannon!
Shannon, Manager – Lending Services, has been with the ADF for an incredible 22 years. Shannon possesses deep experience and a strong commitment to supporting our customers. In her role, Shannon leads the lending team, helping to deliver responsive, customer-focused solutions that meet the evolving needs of Catholic communities.
Prior to joining the ADF, Shannon worked with the Bank of Queensland, where she developed a strong foundation in problem solving with a focus on customer service and support. “When I first started at the ADF, I was on the front desk, so I was often the first point of contact for customers,” Shannon explains. “That experience really shaped my approach and reinforced the importance of understanding and supporting each customer’s needs.”
Over more than two decades with the ADF, Shannon has contributed to a number of key initiatives, including a major organisational rebrand and the transition of lending processes to a paperless environment. These improvements have provided customers with more efficient, real-time access to their project information and reflect the ADF’s commitment to adapting in a fast-moving digital landscape.
“The projects within the lending team have always been driven by finding better ways to support our customers,” she says. “It’s about continuing to evolve and provide solutions that meet their changing needs.”
Looking ahead, Shannon sees the ADF continuing to strengthen its commitment to mission while remaining responsive to the world around it. “I’m proud to play a part in that and hope to continue growing and supporting our customers into the future.”
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and, when she can, heading off for a quiet camping getaway to unwind at the end of a busy week.
