Merchant Services

A merchant facility is a service that allows businesses to process card payments from customers. It works by using an EFTPOS terminal or an online payment portal to debit the customer's card for the transaction amount. The funds are then settled to the merchant's account, providing a secure and efficient way to handle payments. This system reduces the need for cash transactions and manual payment methods, streamlining the payment process and improving cash flow management.

Through our partnership with CBA, we offer access to a wide range of EFTPOS and online merchant payment portal facilities. If you would like any information regarding any of the merchant facilities available, including their uses, how to arrange a facility or any associated costs, please contact the ADF.

EFTPOS Terminals

Having an EFTPOS terminal on-site allows you to take card payments from customers for uniforms, school fees, donations, and fundraising payments, either in person or over the phone. This reduces the amount of cash you need to keep on the premises and helps reconcile your accounts, as payments taken through the EFTPOS terminal are deposited directly into your merchant account with the ADF each day.

In conjunction with the CBA, the ADF offers a variety of EFTPOS terminals to meet your needs. These range from simple POS technology for quick and easy over-the-counter payments to smart terminals with app functionality, providing extensive payment solutions for your customers.

For more information about our EFTPOS terminals, including their uses, how to arrange a facility, or any associated costs, please contact the ADF.

BPOINT

BPOINT is an online payment tool that gives your customers the ability to pay you online, over the phone or via regular recurring payments using their debit or credit card.

You can use the BPOINT portal to process one-off payments, batch payments and refunds, and also schedule recurring payments for your customers so you never have to remember to get their details again.

Through our relationship with the CBA, our customers can apply to be set up as a BPOINT merchant and take advantage of the discounted pricing that is offered to ADF customers.

There are 3 different BPOINT facilities that you can take advantage of, depending on your needs. To understand the different Bpoint options available and determine which is right for your business, please contact the ADF.
