Improvements to Functionality
- Corrections to text, buttons and labels to improve grammar, clarity of purpose and increase consistency throughout site
- Added a field to show the Batch Number on the Batch Detail screen for reference purposes when printing a batch for authorisation
- Added a hover tooltip to highlight when you can click a transaction to view full transaction details
- Incorporated secure site analytics to help us better understand customer needs and platform support requirements
- Added free-text search to the Transfer From dropdown on the Change Periodical Payment & Pay Direct Debit pages, so it will be easier to find payees from a long list
- Added a link to the ADF website for further information on login page noticeboard updates
- Included the “Add payee” button at the top of address books with more than 10 entries
Presentation Improvements and Fixes
- Consistent application of layout guidelines throughout site
- Optimised use of screen space when viewing lists of accounts and transactions
- Increased text size of transaction detail popup for print legibility
- Decreased visual complexity of some key elements of site
- Changes to the layout rules for statement printing in order to eliminate the printing of any blank pages on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer
- Fixed a presentation issue on the login page for some tablets and mobile phones
- Changed the font for all text to Calibri, utilising nearest match “Source Sans Pro” for devices that do not support Calibri
