FACTS Tuition Management Partnership

As an organisation focused on fuelling Catholic mission, it’s important that our partners share our vision. That is why we’re proud to be collaborating with FACTS Tuition Management, providing Catholic schools with an innovative digital solution to streamline their tuition management workflow.  

The ADF identified challenges with our existing school fee collection systems and undertook an extensive investigation of fee collection systems available in the market. Following this investigation, the ADF selected FACTS Tuition Management as our digital fee collection partner. The FACTS platform allows schools to simplify tuition related payment management whilst giving families more accessible options to establish and maintain their payments.  

We first heard about FACTS when two of our independent schools began using it in 2018. Before that, both schools had managed tuition payments and incidental billing manually, which was time consuming for them and inconvenient for families. Both schools highlighted the improved parent experience, reduced workload for school administration staff as well as a decrease in tuition arrears and collection actions since implementing FACTS Tuition Management.

Like the ADF, FACTS provides consistent and personalised support, committed to partnering with our customers every step of the way. Through FACTS Tuition Management, we can provide a comprehensive and secure platform which includes several components including tuition management and incidental billing. With reduced administrative requirements, real-time visibility and detailed reporting functionality, schools are empowered to manage any payment arrears proactively and efficiently. 

In 2024, through the ADF partnership, 15 schools utilised the FACTS platform to manage their collection of tuition related payments. These schools collected over $134m in tuition payments across 10,800 payment plans. Schools agree that the most valuable feature of FACTS is the reduction in administrative work along with the improved parent experience, and the platform’s ease of use.  

The ADF continues to work closely with FACTS to create a tailored workflow for schools, from digital replacement of paper forms all the way through to fully integrated options. In addition to term fees, FACTS’ online forms functionality has made it possible for schools to manage extra-curricular permissions and payments more efficiently, with some schools choosing to embed FACTS into their enrolment process – providing a seamless digital experience for new families. 

Today, FACTS is proud to serve more than 3 million students in over 115,000 schools worldwide, and ADF looks forward to extending the solution to interested Catholic schools.
